Nonprofit Technical Assistance ProgramHelping local nonprofits thrivePlacer Community Foundation designed the Nonprofit Technical Assistance Program to help local nonprofit organizations thrive and grow. Targeted to nonprofits serving residents along the western slope of Placer County, grants help organizations deliver higher quality, more sustainable, more valuable community services. Administered by Placer Community Foundation and Sacramento’s Nonprofit Resource Center in Sacramento, TAP helps organizations assess progress, develop people, plan growth, and manage operations more effectively. Grants range from $500 to $5,000. Given high demand and limited funding, the grants are highly competitive. Matching funds are encouraged but not required. Eligibility requirements
