About Trainer Sharon Papo

Sharon Papo, LCSW, Founder and CEO of Indigo Skies Consulting, specializes in supporting community-based organizations to achieve their fundraising potential. With over 20 years of fundraising experience, Sharon has helped these organizations collectively raise well over $100 million.

Sharon’s previous roles as Executive Director at the Diversity Center (Santa Cruz County) and 3rd Street Youth Center and Clinic (San Francisco) highlight her ability to substantially increase sustainable revenue, and start and complete successful capital campaigns.

 

Sharon is an experienced trainer and consultant, regularly training and speaking on national fundraising podcasts. Sharon’s qualifications include a master’s degree from UC Berkeley’s School of Social Welfare, a Diversity and Inclusion certificate from Cornell, and recognition by Santa Cruz County (they named Jan. 12, 2021 Sharon Papo day in recognition of Sharon’s local leadership). Sharon’s also the co-founder of LGBTQ eLearning and an Amazon best-selling author of the book “Success Redefined” with co-author Jack Canfield.
