Hon. Alan V. Pineschi (ret.)

The Honorable Alan V. Pineschi has built a distinguished career of public service, legal

leadership, and civic engagement in Placer County. A longtime Roseville resident and

former Mayor of Roseville, Judge Pineschi served in private legal practice before being

appointed to the Tahoe Justice Court in 1986. He went on to serve as a Justice Court Judge,

Municipal Court Judge, and Superior Court Judge, retiring after 39 years of judicial service

to Placer County. His career reflects a deep commitment to fairness, public trust,

mentorship, and the strengthening of relationships between the courts, public agencies,

and the broader community.

Judge Pineschi brings decades of local knowledge, sound judgment, and credibility across
