Jason Bell
Board Member
Jason is a seasoned private wealth management executive with over twenty-five years of experience delivering bespoke investment services to high-net-worth families and nonprofit organizations. As an owner, partner, and former Chief Investment Officer of a $1.5B RIA, he developed and scaled an institutional-grade investment policy, led investment committees, and managed private capital sponsor selection - culminating in the successful sale of the firm in 2021.
His career includes senior leadership roles within national bank equity research teams, where he established the rigorous analytical framework that defines his approach to asset management today. Committed to objective, data-driven insights, Jason also co-founded the Sacramento Business Review, a prominent regional publication serving the business community.
A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®), Jason holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of California, Davis, where he was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma academic honor society. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of the Pacific.
Beyond his professional work, Jason is an instrument-rated commercial pilot, a lifelong skier, and an avid scuba diver. He enjoys sharing these passions with his family - whether in the air, on the slopes, or underwater. A dedicated community member, he volunteers in Placer County and serves on several nonprofit boards across the Sacramento region. Jason serves on PCF’s Finance Committee and a valued member of our Board.
